OPM announces 2011 FEHBP and FEDVIP rates

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management today announced 2011 FEHBP and FEDVIP rates today in advance of the Federal Benefits Open Season that runs from November 8 through December 13, 2010.

The Federal Times identifies the health plans that are leaving and joining the FEHBP for 2011.
