CVS Health acquisition of Aetna set to occur by November 28
Business Insider reports that having obtained all required government approvals, CVS Health's acquisition of Aetna, valued at $69 billion, will close by Wednesday November 28, 2018. Both Aetna and CVS Health participate in the FEHBP in various roles.
